Did you know caffeine-free drinks are gaining popularity?
They’re easy on the body and loved by everyone from new moms to health-conscious tea lovers.
Herbal tea and decaf coffee may be easy to find, but truly caffeine-free options are still surprisingly rare.
That’s why I was excited to discover 3456tea, a cozy spot serving caffeine-free Korean teas. Here’s what makes this shop so special.
The Story Behind 3456tea

Located in Centennial, just outside Denver, Coark Collective is a food hall where you can enjoy a variety of Korean foods. Inside this spacious hall, you’ll find 3456tea.
“I wanted to do something meaningful,” says Sean Choi, owner of 3456tea. “Korean tea is still hard to find in the U.S., and I thought it could be a great way to introduce people to Korean culture.”

On the menu, you’ll find a variety of caffeine-free teas, crafted from traditional Korean ingredients, served hot or iced.
Even better, they’re packed with vitamins and minerals. It’s like wellness in a cup.
How to Choose Your Korean Tea

One of the great things about Korean tea is that you can choose the perfect cup to match your mood or how you’re feeling that day.
Feeling a little blue? Try the “BTS” (yes, it’s named after the band!) or “Wolfberry”. Both are soothing, colorful, and sure to lift your mood.

Love coffee but cutting back on caffeine? Try the “Coix Latte.” It tastes just like a café latte and gives you a natural energy boost.
When I asked Sean about his favorite tea, he smiled and said, “That’s a tough question...” Then he shared his go-to hot teas, which he enjoys depending on the weather.
On days when the weather is unsettled and he feels a bit off, Sean recommends the vitamin C-rich “Hot Yuzu.” On colder days, “Hot Cinnamon” or “Hot Ginger” are his favorites, both perfect for enhancing your wellness.
More Than Tea: Connecting People and Culture

↑ Galbi Beef Nachos
The menu is inspired by the hometown flavors Sean cherishes, blended with a playful American twist. Signature items include the “Galbi Beef Nachos” and “Galbi Bowl.”
"I love many cultures, including Korean, Japanese, Mexican, and American, and I want to honor them all."
Sean stays deeply connected to his Korean roots and traditions, while embracing the mix of cultures he’s encountered in the U.S. It’s this blend of cultural respect and warmth that makes 3456tea so special.

↑ 50/50 Slush (Rice Slush & Cinnamon Slush)
He’s also passionate about bringing people and cultures together through events (including K-pop events!), so stay tuned for what’s coming next.
